Default Shot at endeavor 5 checkride failures.

Hey guys please don't be mean but I am curious about my chances for getting a job at endeavor especially after 5 failures. Here are checkrides and reason I failed.

Instument excuse : checkride was too advance for me at the time. My instrument training up to this point entails flying 30 miles from point a to b do a hold or approach. Things happened way too quickly and could not keep up with aircraft.

10/2016 Instrument Checkride : Depart from ISP to hold at CCC then transition to HWV vor 6 approach partial panel circle to land to going miss then ils 6 and finally gps at ISP. I failed due to not correctly identifying which runway was in use at HWV on vor 6 approach.

5 2017 Multi Commercial Add on excuse: My excuse here was that examiner made me too nervous than I already was. Ground went great but then examiner went bipolar in airplane and scream at any mistake I made.

Multi Commercial Checkride: During taxi examiner scream at the top of his lung since I was not using airport diagram at DAB and was familiar with route. Next during runup again since I was putting airplane into the wind instead of maintaining runup line. After that I fell apart. We depart south he ask me to do steep turns which was the worse I had ever done losing 200 ft. He then ask me to do slow flight and a 180 turn. During turn he failed engine I didn't notice gear was down and failed returning to airport.

5/2017CFI Excuse : No excuse here just had really bad luck in MIA area and was appointed difficult examiner. In MIA you are assign examiner by FSDO and have no choice in the matter to choose someone else.

CFI 1st attempt: Examiner failed me due to my rudder usage and not making runway during power off 180. Up to this point I flew piper aircraft which had rudder trim and I did not have any instructors which teach me to use rudders in turns. Examiner was ok with my rudder usage during maneuvers but during right turn he wanted coordinated right rudder and vice versa during left turn. For power off 180 airplane was unusually heavy even for arrow and would fall like a brick without power. Usually instructor would tell me we are doing that how I would do closer pattern but no warning from examiner so did not make the runway. I ask examiner after what I did wrong he suggest I kept the gear up until I was sure I would make the runway since that arrow was very heavy.

CFI 2nd Attempt : Examiner had me do over maneuvers in which I did correctly before for some reason. This time he failed me since he did not like the way I used trim. I realize I would never get my cfi with this examiner so went to Orlando FSDO instead.

Multi Commercial 2nd Attempt 6/2018 Did all maneuvers correct except I got distracted on single engine rnav approach. During approach to LPV got into severe turbulence. I notice dark cumulonimbus cloud while under foggles for approach (was already underneath clouds when I notice) and thought examiner would have me cancel or something. After getting the crap knock out of me I completely forgot what the hell I was doing and return to straight and level flight. Of course this led to full scale deflection and fail.

Please let me know what you think. I think I am just unlucky with checkrides but 5 is ridiculous.

You really, REALLY need to stop with the excuses. Those are valid reasons to fail a checkride. Also, blaming the examiner on being too hard, again, that's just a lame excuse if your level of skill/knowledge was this:
"Up to this point I flew piper aircraft which had rudder trim and I did not have any instructors which teach me to use rudders in turns."

I don't think Endeavor is that desperate yet. In a few years? Who knows? How long ago were these busts and did you eventually get the Multi-commercial? And do you think any of the things you have failed were any more difficult than your first 121 type-rating? Because they weren't.

I think you have a zero percent chance of being hired.

Short answer “No”
Go to some 135 operation or another 121 operation that doesn’t care get a 121 check passed and try for 9E I don’t want to be a Debbie downer just trying to be honest & give you options.
Not that 9E is the best but with its pay they have a very good recruiting prospects. They have quite a few people with 0 failures knocking on the door but attitude is everything so if you get a 121 check passed there is a good chance you can come.
I hope this helps
Best of luck

I personally would not hire you. It doesn't necessarily have to do with the 5 failures it has more to do with the fact you are not taking ownership for the failures but rather giving excuses or blaming the examiner. When you explain any check ride failures it needs to go what YOU did wrong, how YOU rebounded and what YOU learned from the experience.

My advice, not being mean. Don’t apply. The 121 world will not work well for you. You can find a good career in part 91/135.

Good luck.

Additionally the 121 check rides are way more nerve racking and difficult. You will probably fail walking into your first check simply because it will undoubtedly be on your mind.

I think his biggest mistake was changing DPEs after 2 failures. That smells like DPE shopping and is a HUGE red flag for anyone.

If I was hiring and looked at your PRIA, I was say NO WAY. For all I know I could be hiring the next Marvin Renslow.
