Hey all, I just hit 1,400 hours today! Wondering from some of you guys with experience, what you all would do regional wise? I am in STL area. Thanks!

Depends on where you want to end up ultimately.

Also depends on your current lifestyle flexibility (ie can you move anywhere to chase the best career progression opportunities?).

I wouldn't go to a regional. Then again, I didn't.

I would have thought at 1400 you would already have several conditional offers by now?
