Too Old?
Looking for advice:
Currently 46 years old, 3000 hour Army rotary wing guy and considering making the jump via the RTP program, but keep tellling myself I’m too old and won’t flow to the majors. Any buddy wanna make me feel good and tell me I have a shot or shoot me down in flames. Either way, it’s all good and thx for reading🇺🇸🇺🇸

Not too old.
"Flow" to AA sounds like it takes 9-10 years, maybe coming down.
As a mil pilot, I suspect you could do 4-6 years at a regional and probably be almost assured of a call from a decent or better major.
Given retirements, it's easy top justify taking a major job any time before age 55.
