ATP-CTP/Training

Going to ATP CTP in mid October and then training right after. What should I be expecting? Any good tips? I’m going to work my butt off, no doubt; just looking for some tips to ease the process.

The CTP training is a breeze, especially with a regional carrier program. It's more a learning experience to get you acquainted with jet aircraft and really has nothing to do with the ATP written. Just go in expecting to learn a little about how jet aircraft differs from a prop aircraft you have probably been flying. Most instructor know that you have no experience with this type of flying, so they use the opportunity to allow you to experience the FTD and just fly the plane plus a little CRM experience too. Don't sweat it, just go in and have fun, it's probably the easiest training you will every have in your flying career.
