Travel Benefits/where to go with Regionals?
 

Obviously choosing a regional based on travel benefits isn't smart, but when comparing travel benefits of regional airlines, who has it best?
I know that the AA WOs are some of the best from friends and family who have told me, however, what sets apart the benefits for ex. Republic, AirWis, or even DAL WO Endeavor?

Also- I am a CFI who has about 2 years (1/1.5 before interviews) before I will be ready, and looking at different regionals. I know things change overnight, and it may be too early to decide.... However, I do have an offer from Republic (in pilot prep), but the AA WO look really good right now.
I live about an hour North of CLT, so PSA appeals to me and is a possibility with CLT base, but I am not totally against commuting either. Envoy, Endeavor, PDT, appeal to me as well. If I move, I would only prefer to move closer to CLT (would still like to stay in NC).
NYC would be an easy commute for me based on flight quantities out of local airport if I commute...
What are some things to look at? All the airlines talk about how their QOL is the best, etc., so how do you chose? Also- what about the smaller regionals like TSA, Commutair, AirWis?

My end goal is to end up at AAL preferably.

My brother flies for AA. His first recommendation, naturally, was one of the three AA regionals. However, if I didn't like any of them, then go with Republic. He flies jumpseat with a variety of Regionals and gets the to find out how well the pilots really like their companys and thus one of the reason's to choose Republic.

I went to a Republic recruiting event: They fly for AA, Delta and United. As a result, they get flight benefits from all 3. I wouldn't chose them for just that reason, but while considering them and my other choice, considering all other areas are similar, this may be the tie breaker.

You do get higher priority at AA with the WO's though - and if you're traveling during busy times, that's often the difference between going places and staying home.
