You are correct. I hit the wrong button to get the quote, and it should have been a response to the poster who directed the OP to ask why mountain time is relevant:

Did most of my FW time building flying around the Rockies. Raton, Taos, Durango, Telluride, Gunnison, Aspen, Leadville, Laramie, Cheyenne, Denver and Colorado Springs areas. You learn a lot about winds, turbulence, weather and performance. Taking off from Leadville at 9934 feet isn't like sea level, at all. Great times and beautiful scenery.
