Still waiting on you to post literally anything to support your claims of discrimination. You get very quiet every time I ask.

Stop being a hypocrite, you ignore questions when you’re asked.

I’ve provided stats and their source every time I’ve made an affirmative claim in this thread. The only question I’ve (intentionally) ignored is about my demographics, because it’s a red herring question that serves no function.

Im delayed. I looked. Nothing exists (not at all surprised). Interesting article maybe documenting many peoples’ frustrations.

Let’s move along now please.

Exactly the point. Nothing exists to support claims of discrimination against white males in pilot hiring.

So let’s put the issue to bed and stop complaining about how hard it is for a white dude in aviation.

Maybe this will help. 4.38% of ATPs are held by women in the United States. 7.4% of the pilots at United are female, 4.5% at Delta, and 4.4% at American.

The data on other minorities requires a little more effort to derive, so I’ll leave that to you guys and gals to figure out.

Everyone knows why United has a higher percentage. But American and Delta are literally within a fraction of a percent. That means Delta and American have about 6 more women than you would statistically expect. Is that really worth the butthurt?

Not to mention, women who fight through all the bull**** this career offers them probably have a compelling story to tell and an above-average motivation to succeed.

Now who’s failing to provide statistics?

Can you provide some proof that women “fight through all the bull****?”

You’re right, I can’t provide statistics about sexual harassment, discouragement, assumptions of incompetence, social isolation, etc.

I’m not even sure how you’d ask me to quantify that.

But talk to some of your female aviation friends. To a soul, mine have dealt with tons of that and other bull**** that men don’t deal with.
