What kind of salaries are obtainable at a large TRACON or Center? Are they anything close to major airline CA pay?

Depending on how busy the center or TRACON is, and where it is (I.e., locality), a certified controller can make around $150k. If you like working overtime, or you’re at a facility that mandates overtime, you can be making 170k or more.

If you’re working at a small tower or a small up-down (TRACON combined), maybe half of that.

No. Perhaps comparable to junior major FO pay. At some majors. Many big-six FO's are $200K+, even the junior ones.
