Part time/ flexible schedule?

Hello!

What Airline offers the most flexible schedule?
Where can you get most off-days the soonest.
I am not necessarily talking about a part time schedule but any airlines that allow you to trade away trips if you accept the pay cut.

Of course, with increased seniority schedules get better but where can one find "little flying for little pay" from low seniority on. With the option to fly more during other months.

... which boils down to a flexible schedule.

I know some Part 135s offer typical part time positions but are there any LLCs/ cargo... that do so?

I think SWA has relatively liberal drop policies. But someone has to pick it up, the company won't cover your flying out of the goodness of their heart.

At some airlines, reserve utilization is low, so you get lots of paid time off. But that kind of reserve goes senior.

Flying is a great job, except for going out on all these trips.

Part time SIC with some contract operators allow a lot of flexibility in the current market but YMMV.
