The worst part of an aviation degree is that it is not valued within the industry. Aviation is not a high tech industry so its staffing is based on more subjective things like nepotism and affirmative action. Flight time is a distant third and education is dead last. In aviation, if you are not a golden boy consider a gender reassignment.
