Seems like requirements vs actual day in the life of an air carrier operation. I'll keep looking.

Depends. In AC, you could be a geographic, a APM (Aircrew Program Manager) or a APOI or POI.

Also there is ASAP Manager positions.

APM to me is the best job. Essentially you are assigned a fleet with the carrier, you attend training with their pilots and get typed. Then you oversee the training program, check airman, APD's, MEL's, and any other items that may come up in that fleet.

APOI or POI is heavily involved with the computer, assigning inspections, assessing risk, GOM's, training programs, Ops Specs, etc.

A geographic roams around the country inspecting out stations, bases, enroutes, etc.

are you still delayed? Wondering if they are moving forward and hiring again.
Did you get scheduled a sim yet? Or do you wait until background investigation is completed first?
