First Resume - Career Changer
I am currently working on my first aviation resume. I have approx 20 years work experience and I am having trouble making everything fit into one page. My industry involves a lot of movement and contracting, so I have quite a few job titles/companies to list. At what point do you just list companies without any further information to save space? Or is it acceptable to completely leave them? In my current position a 2 page resume is perfectly acceptable, but it appears that pilot resumes are best kept to a single page.
Also, I have 2hrs Turbine time, will I look like an ass for including it on my resume? Im tempted to leave it off. (I have 350 total hrs)

Keep it to one page. If necessary, consolidate employment entries to include multiple companies in one industry. You can even omit minor history from more than 10-15 years ago unless it's particularly relevant to aviation.
My resume is similar, as I've progressed in aviation the non-flying entries have gotten compressed to fit one page.
The resume is a sales document, not an application, so it does not have to list everything in complete detail, tailor it to achieve the impact, try to convey the positives of your past non-aviation experience as it applies to aviation without getting too cluttered.
I wouldn't list two hours of turbine time unless there was a type rating, 135 checkout, or other relevant training certification.

That’s the same template I found and used, lol
well I sent out a bunch of resumes this weekend, not sure who is hiring in this environment but I got laid off from my regular job last week so hopefully can pick up something Reasonably quick, gotta feed the kids!

I'd suggest cargo, they are hiring, maybe you can beat the rush later this year. Although a bunch of regionals guys are already on the street.

That would be a waste of money, you definitely need someone who knows aviation. Did you do any interview prep? Those services probably do resume reviews. Cage, Emerald Coast, etc.
