Adverse PRIA
So I received a notice rescinding my CJO due to information in my PRIA file. I had the current employer send me training records and DOT records that they have to review my current “PRIA” file. They also said that the new company hasn’t even requested PRIA from the current employer. I checked PRD but it’s all clean too. Any idea where this adverse information maybe coming from ? I did check “yes” on 8060-11 to receive a copy of my file that’s sent to the new employer but haven’t received it yet. Am I supposed to receive a copy of the file the new employer used to make the adverse decision or will I never know ?

i just want to make sure there are no inaccuracies being reported because it may affect future jobs as well.

what options do I have ?

only if you or the requester (on your behalf) specifically request it.

Did you ever find out why the CJO was rescinded?

the official Email rescinding CJO stated “ due to information obtained in our pria records check” and did not mention any specifics just that !!

no adverse action, no employment action, never terminated, no safety issues, no FAA issues, just failed checkride and training record stuff, you know a normal PRIA file. Everything that was already disclosed on app and interview and all checks cleared, class date received, and then out of the blue, CJO rescinded
