Default Best Current Interview Prep Companies?

Thanks ahead of time for any information provided. I have a friend that’s looking to find out what the most highly recommended interview prep companies are currently. He’s targeting legacy, cargo & ULCC/LCCs.

ECIC: Long record of success if somewhat dated. Probably the most utilized potentially leading to some canned answers. That said, it works.

Spitfire Elite: Worked for me over the course of three legacy interviews in 30 days. They finally updated their website resulting in a much more user friendly experience. Very hands on. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend RST (Ready Set Takeoff). Wildly successful for many companies especially legacies and FDX/UPS. One on one coaching and mock interviews, as well as a sleuth of information on their website.
