Changing companies with type rating complete

Say I just finished 737 training at SWA and shortly after got a job offer from a legacy in the same plane. Would I expect to go through the full 737 course with the other new hires?

I'm thinking yes, because there are obviously company specific SOPs/procedures, but aside from that seems like there would be considerable overlap.

Yes. Your type is irrelevant.

Generally airlines will make you do the full course (it will be easy).

It is possible for an airline to get FAA approval for a short course for those with a type. Some regionals have done this at various times but it's not the norm

No two airlines operate the same aircraft the same way.
