New ATP Holder - Advice
#1

Total time just shy of 2500 hours and holding a brand new ATP ME + Type in Citation II / CE 500 as of this month. Currently have just over 200 ME time. Most of my experience has been as a CFII. No turbine time yet other than the recent type rating.
At this time, targeting applications to Part 135 and U/LCC operators.
So far - have applied to JetBlue, Spirit, Net Jets (Initial interview with them upcoming next month), Guardian Flight, and a handful of other 135s in the same realm.
Pretty sure I don't want to do the regional airline thing. However, not afraid to work hard and continue my learning.
Interested in possibly AK and HI- If I can reasonably afford to live there and do the flying for 12 - 18 months.
Any thoughts on where else I might apply? Especially anyone that might be operating CE500s?

Empire Airlines and Mountain Air Cargo need Cessna 408 PICs. It would get you multi turbine PIC time that you don't have and you'd probably get some quick looks from JetBlue/Spirit type airlines after a short time at either of those places flying the 408.
