Jobs with low pay and tons of flexibility?

What I am wondering is if there are airlines or fractionals that will let you just bid fewer trips. Is there a hard minimum you must fly? Or are there operators out there where I can just fly 7 days a month if thats what I wanted to do? It wouldn't be my sole income so pay doesn't matter as much... Details below.

I'm a commercial pilot in fixed and rotorwing and fly my own plane maybe 50 hours per year. But other than the odd ferry flight, I don't do any commercial flying. I own my own business that is bringing in the money and it is more or less on autopilot now. I'm needed in the office to cover vacations and days off for my managers. So apart from 6-8 weeks a year and a maybe 10-20 hours per month, I'm free to spend time with the fam. However, it's starting to feel like too much time at home, haha.
