Interview question

Hello everyone. I came across this interview question, and was wondering what the correct answer was. Here goes,

What does the chart effective date mean for a two man crew? I've looked this up, and can't find anything on it.

Perhaps that you need to make sure that both crew members are using the latest chart? Other than that I can't think of anything.
