American Eagle Interview Offer Retracted..
Just got an email from American Eagle informing me their offer to interview was pulled because I do not meet their curent requirments. I have 1000TT and 53MT, Guess I missed the boat and need to start getting that multi time up ASAP.
|
I forgot to mention, I got the email this morning, and my flight was scheduled for monday.
|
Im sorry to hear that. Its gonna be back to the days of 3000TT to even be competitive. Good luck and keep trying.

Did you already have an interview scheduled? I heard they were raising their multi mins to 75 now.
I have now heard they are interviewing at 75 and giving conditional offers that you must have 100 hrs multi before class. Well, we shall see..... |
has anyone that got the offer for the RJ course revoked gone back down to Dallas and re-done part of the interview yet?

If you were offered the rj course and below 500/100, the offer was revoked unless you are already in the transition course. No more rj course period. I got the "thanks, great job but we decided we really don't want you to come to dallas after all" email. If you were offered the rj course and are above 500/100 I think you have to go down and re-interview for a "tougher" technical interview. At least thats what someone said happen to them on eagle lounge. Either way I was not a happy camper  |
So much for those ATP well known CRJ courses. It's hard to compete with an ex-aloha airlines or ATA pilot with their fat logbook. You show up with your little jeppessen book and they come in with a crate. I think for now the CFI market in the US will be temporary keeper for the low timers.
