When I was applying like crazy a little while ago, I simply put "Instrument Time" and added Act + Sim + Simulator = Instrument.

It looks better and most applications act for Actual time anyways so I just did what made me look better!

If you have a good amount of actual (100+) i would put it on the resume. if not then i would just put the total instrument.
