I am very undecided on a airline to aim for in my career. After 1700 hours of flight instruction I think its time to move on...any help deciding?

The best airline to work for, is the one who hires you!

(which won't be easy for someone without prior 121 experience)

Just to play devil's advocate....what made you stay so long? To get that much Dual Given you must have been instructing 2+ years maybe more. Which means you were probably qualified to get hired on during the hiring wave of 2007-early 2008. I know that hiring after mid-2008 has been pretty much nil.

Reasearch? what are your options so far? after you have made your selections, then you can do the "pros n cons" part until you limit it down to your number one.

It is a buyers market and none of the airlines are buying right now so your options are limited to say the least.

YOU are the only one who can decide and make that decision for yourself.

Pick the one that offers that quickest upgrade and worst QOL - thats the only way to ensure that you dont get senior turds clogging your flow to the top!

Depends on what you're looking for, but definitely stay as far away as you can from gojets.
