DL Airline Apps Addendum, question 6.
I'm assuming this means speeding tickets, etc. Yes? Don't want to assume and make a mistake though...
6. Have you ever been convicted of any felony, misdemeanor, infraction, offense of other violation on any law?
Yes No
NOTE: "Nolo", "Nolo contendere" or "No Contest" are pleas just as are "Guilty" or "Not Guilty". Simply entering one of these pleas does not necessarily mean a person avoids being convicted. Whether you were convicted depends on the final disposition of the court. Do not list arrests that have not resulted in a conviction. A previous conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from consideration for employment. However, see the last page of this application regarding terms and conditions of employment for information about restrictions imposed by federal regulations on certain Delta jobs.
If the answer is Yes, list the details for all convictions in the space provided below. Violations for parking should not be listed, otherwise list all other convictions and provide details for each.

There's already two places in Airline Apps to put up your driving history and criminal history. This seems to overlap them, maybe. I originally picked "no" and then the parking reference kind of threw me for a loop.

I put no on mine when I applied. I was asked during the interview if there was anything else I needed to add to the app other than the two speeding tickets I had on the app. I told them I had two more speeding tickets from many many years ago (over 20 or 25 years ago) that I did not put them on the app due to lack of details/records. They had me annotate the app with some write in note about those violations, and that was that.
So, yes, I put mine in the part you mentioned, and put no in the part you cited. Wasn't an issue, and was offered the job. Good luck.
