Delta Interview Format

Hello APC!

I am fortunate enough to have an upcoming interview with Delta. It is my dream to work for DAL and I can’t wait for the chance. However, I have conflicting information regarding the actual format of the interview. I know that it is a two day process that consists of:

Day 1
Technical Questions
Panel Interview
Cognitive Exam

Day 2
Medical
Pysch Eval
MMPI True/False Test

I’m looking for more information on the Technical Questions. Not on what the questions are (although that would be great) but the format in which they are given, and how many tests you must take. I have heard there is one 42 question test. I have also heard there is a 90 question test followed by a 20 question test. I have a very limited time before my interview and would like to maximize my chances by studying the relevant material. (I do have the enclosed study guide from Delta but it is very broad) I would especially enjoy hearing from anyone who has had a recent interview.

For those APC’ers who are more gifted in the posting world, if this post violates any of Delta’s policies please feel free to let me know and we can have a Mod delete it.

Aviation Interview gouge is from 2007, not much help there. Would appreciate any info or suggestion where to look; there's very limited time to prep.
Thanks.

How much prep time are they giving you? I mean are they calling/emailing on a Monday and telling you your interview is the following week? Or, do they give you options?

Format for technical test during the last round (2 years ago) was computer based, multiple answer (4 available answers I believe) format. There was one technical test, one cog test which had numerous parts to it, and one personality test (day 1). All of these tests were on the computer.

Congrats, and good luck.

I don't think you need to worry about that.
Guys have been sharing the gouge forever. Delta knows it. They "compensate".

My old Navy squadron had extensive volumes of information on the interviews, test questions and hiring process at every airline. Right down to which interviewer liked to ask what questions.

Might be a bit early for detailed feedback on this hiring cycle. Give it a couple more weeks.
The guinea pigs are in there right now.

Good luck.

In Jan 2008 the question bank was reviesed and enlarged. All the old gouge that was on the web is now obsolete.

Is the test timed?

Any idea about them using the questions from 2008, today? Have non of the guys already hired recently, posted a word on here? Trying to help a friend and any info would be appreciated.
