withheld conviction
ok i just found out that my buddy (CFI with the felony in the thread who's flying piaggio's) has a felonies long ago at 19yrs old, has never been convicted of them! Adjudication withheld was the outcome. that means he has a record but not a conviction. so is this why he probably can obtain a SIDA badge, because hes not an convicted felon? and was able to get a fractional job?

My head hurts after unsucessfully trying to read this 6 times. |
I understand and yes... That is why he has a SIDA badge and a job at a fraction because he is [I]not[I] convicted. My question is why are you asking a question if there is nothing wrong?

On an application if the question was specifically "Have you ever been convicted of a crime" - he could answer "No". USMCFLYR |
Mods:
I've noticed that the topic of convictions, arrests, and the like have surfaced quite a bit over the last month or so. Maybe you should start a topic thread about it. JMO. atp |
