I am interviewing at Skywest fairly soon. I just want to make sure that I am not missing any of the documents required. I do not see on the list that you must bring your college transcripts or driving record. I also do not see any PRIA paperwork. Is this all correct? Thanks for the help.

Correct, you do not need those items.

Just based on a recent inside discussion...

Wear a suit to the SKW interview. Nobody can remember the last time (if ever) that they hired someone who did not wear a suit. Yes there was a reason for this discussion.

Not knowing how the Chief Pilot would dress that day, I chose khaki slacks, a light blue striped oxford, a red tie, and sharp navy blue sport coat. The CP had on the same shirt, in fact we both looked like an LL Bean ad. Nice starting an interview discussing tailors, that was a first. I got the offer, but,
wear a suit.

Question about jepps. Probably stupid. Where the star is next to the tower frequency and approach frequency means the hours are posted elsewhere for when they are open. I know they are in the AF/D. Are they printed anywhere else for jepp charts?

Yup, in the "Part-Time Terminal Airspace Hours" tab along the side of the chart. Just looked at a Lo-Enroute.
