Is a driving record abstract a certified driving record if its ordered from a DMV?

I know in NJ you can get a "certified" driving record abstract...

yes it is in NY I recommend picking it up in person Its a fast transaction you get it from a different line at DMV and know you will have it immediately and not await the usps.
