Interview Consultant

Hi - I am looking to supplement my merger regional first officer income by becoming an interview / resume consultant. I have been very successful in my interviews to this point including Cathay Pacific, Piedmont, ExpressJet, and various professional and retail jobs. I would like to specialize in CFI's and recent graduates looking for their first 121, 135, and CFI jobs. I have decided that as I am just starting out my fee, 2% of negotitaed starting salary, will only be charged after a successful interview, and a job offer is accepted. There will be no retainer fee either.

I am not going to give 'canned' answers, but teach the applicant how to sell their own life experiences with confidence, and help them build a resume that stands out.

Any suggestions on how to start this would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers!

If you can sell it, good luck. Personally I would look for an experienced airline interviewer, not an interviewee, if I wanted advice.
