Driver history
 

I've searched though the previous threads regarding drivers histories and didn't quite find the answer I was looking for. I wouldn't want to withhold any information. Yet, I don't want to list anything that isn't necessary.

Over the years I have received three tickets. I recently acquired a lifetime drivers history from the local clerk of courts to verify the info and the record only shoes one item. I requested clarification, insisting that there was more to be seen and the clerk verified. She said the additional infractions were adjudicated. The problem: I do not recall the details of the additional infractions ie. dates, amount of fine or what exactly the title of the infractions were.

So my question is:

Should I list only what appears on the record when submitting my app?
