Why does compass want a Bachelors?
 

Any particular reason or is that just the way it is?

Why does Delta want a bachelors? Why does Fedex want a bachelors degree?

Because you get an interview with Delta and they require a 4yr degree.

Thought the majors where more concerned with a bachelors than a regional. Most other regionals dont require it. Was just curious if compass has always been this way or not.

The 4 year degree is not required anymore. But if you want the guaranteed delta interview then you need to be hired with one.

I'm pretty sure after Trans States bought Compass there is no longer a guaranteed Delta interview for those hired after the buyout.

You're referring to the flow through, there is now a gauranteed interview program. Just announced about 2 weeks ago.

Compass seems to be one of the regionals with the less turmoil, they also have the flow program as well as the guaranteed interview. These deals are there on paper and we will see how/if they work out but for the time being they have more to offer than most regionals and thus can be pickier on their hiring practices?

Because they can. Do they need any other reason?
