Where to start flying with fATPL

Hy guys. Im doing my flight course to get an fATPL license. Currently holding an JAA PPL still have 100 hours to go. I just wanted to ask what are my possibilities of getting hired as an comercial pilot with a frozen-ATPL and abou 220 hours. Or what would you suggest for building hours. Thanks :)
