The job fair for Spirit will be handled by Aero Crew Solutions in ORD on the 18th of May. Their banner usually comes up across the top of this website, you can click on it and check out cost and location.
The way the job fair is set up will be by "boarding times", the earlier you buy your ticket, the earlier you get to draw a number to be called to meet the recruiters. I bought my ticket the moment they went on sale. It worked out real well in Vegas. Its also nice because you dont have to stand in line, put AeroCrew on your twitter feed and you'll be notified when it's your turn.
You get about five minutes to talk to the recruiters, maybe an HR person and give them your resume. Dress like you're going to an interview. A pilot from Spirit will usually give a presentation on the company before hand, it'd be smart to attend to learn an up to date "state of the company".
Before going, I'd also do some research on Spirit. Check out their website, click all over it, act like you're booking a flight. Read their wiki page, download and read their investor documents, least of all Google them. Learn as much as you can about the company before you go. Nothing would hurt your chances more than showing up at the job fair or an interview with them saying you're a big fan of the 737 or asking where their domiciles are, or how you look forward to flying to Europe on Spirit.
The job fair should be a good one, US Airways will also be there!
Good luck, hope to see you there!

Also....Spirit's stock value (market cap) is 2.01 billion.

In comparison, u.s. airways is 2.77 billion and jetblue is 1.93 billion.
