LogTen Pro printing format

Any recommendations on what LTP format to use when printing for the purpose of an interview? Any other advice on electronic logbooks and interviews is much appriciated (binders, etc).

I bought a binder and paper from Logbook Solutions. Worked out great. Generated a report in LTP for the Jeppesen logbook and copied it to a thumb drive. Took it to Kinkos and had them print it out double sided and it cost me $12. Worth every penny it looks fantastic!
