Joining the Guard
 

Hello,

I am currently a student pilot and college student. I am finishing up my PPL now, and just finished my first semester in a community college with a 3.34GPA. This coming fall I will be attending a 4yr Aviation College for Aviation Science.

My goal is to fly in the military, no preference of branches, I simply want to serve my country. As of now I am planning on joining either the Air National Guard or the Army National Guard. An than after graduating hopefully earning a pilot slot, by than I will have all of my ratings and my 4yr degree.

I am in contact with a Army and Air national guard recruiter and will hopefully be setting up things to get this started.

Any help, tips, or thoughts would be great!

I am 19, 20 in July.
