Instructing... ERAU or Transpac

I am looking for some guidance and opinions from people who came from either Riddle (Prescott) or Transpac. I have interviews for both and wanted to get done feedback on pros and cons for each. For example I know at Transpac that language barriers are difficult at times, but your students are very studious and prepared.

I am taking into consideration how quickly I can build hours as well since I got hosed on the R-ATP and none of my college credits count towards that. Any help, including gouge information is appreciated.

Studious and prepared? Most of the students complete the training program and still can't fly an airplane (or land) to save their lives.

Which one will get you more Multi time?

If you want to build hours quickly, Transpac.

If you want good QOL, students with no language barrier, great location and the opportunity for no-cost college degree and possible ATP, ERAU.

I have almost 75 hours of multi and I don't have my MEI yet, I have heard Riddle with help you get your MEI.

Would the time building between Transpac and Riddle be a pretty big difference?

This would be a "no brainier" choice if I was in your shoes. ERAU / KPRC all the way!! Would not even think twice about it.. To each his own...

If you already have that much multi, you don't need an MEI. Getting hired at a regional really isn't competitive like it used to be if that's your goal. As long as you have the ATP mins, you're golden. I'd go where you can get the time the fastest with a decent QOL and GTFO.

CAE treats its people well, I've heard.
