Majors and checkride busts

I'm curious as to how majors and LLCs view checkride busts. I failed my initial CFI three times (2x oral 1 flight). Those are the only busts I have. (Including six 135 rides under my belt.)

1.) Most HR departments wouldn't indicate a trend with my busts only being CFI busts correct? It was a bad month both finically and with my health. It's not like I busted my instrument, commercial and CFI.

2.) I'm going 121 soon. Let's say get 10ish 121 rides under my belt without failing any initials or pcs. That's 16+ air carrier rides. Will this help HR departments overlook my primary training?

I wouldn't sweat it.

You can't change the past. Focus on the rides you have in the future.

If your ever asked about the failures, don't make excuses, try to think of something you learned from being unprepared for those events to discuss if your ever asked about it.

^^^^^ I agree. Take ownership, and don't blame someone else, circumstances, etc. The further behind you the busts are, the less of an issue they will be.
