Regional hiring quotas

Does anyone knows if the regionals are meeting their hiring quotas? Just wondering..

Overall no, some are, most aren't. Just do some research. The information is out there. Do not listen to a word the recruiters say about upgrade or contracts or options for airplanes. Do not chase any of those things until it is a hard fact confirmed by a current airline employee.

Which regionals are having problems finding pilots

A quick look at most of the threads discussing specific regionals will show that many of them have no-shows to both interviews and training classes.

Others are doing well and still have a stack of qualified applications, but who knows how long that might last -- those stacks aren't all that tall.

I se some of them already raising the pilots salaries and offering bonuses. Definitely a good indicator for guys like me with low time waiting to get in the business.

SkyWest has said they want to hire 100/month and last class had 64
