Any current Endeavor Gouge?

Anyone have relatively current interview gouge on Endeavor? They are looking at re-treads like myself, I would like to get better prepared for the interview.

Had the Interview...

I had my Endeavor interview on 3/17, I guess the "luck 'o the Irish" was with me... I got an offer for a class date of April 13th.

The interview was very strait up, no surprises or tricks. IMO.

As stated in other posts you watch a power point presentation for about an hour led by an Assistant CP, who was very nice, warm and happy to answer any and all questions. He also was very open about upgrade, attrition, flow through, fleet make up, base seniority, bidding, benefits, lodging during training and the Delta tie in, with Endeavor being a wholly owned regional of Delta.

He also told us what to expect in the interview and that it's the Delta interview adapted for regional airline use. He assured us there would be NO computer testing, or Luminosity type questions. There wasn't.....

We then were called into panel interviews, mine had 2 human resources people, a line first officer and a base chief pilot.

The CP explained that once they start they had to stick to the script and that the questions are "canned".
My questions were....

Tell us about yourself in 3 min or less...
What is CRM and tell us about a time you had to use it... how did the captain react?...
What is "P" factor...
Why do you think pilots shouldn't be reading non-company material or using electronic devises at FL350 in cruise...
You're flying in the Rocky mountains and you see the airport as you go over, you fly the approach and at minimums a thin layer of fog obscures the airport, what do you do...
Brief this approach plate....
Read this Metar and TAF... do we need a take off alt? Do we need a landing alt?
Tell us about a time you provided exceptional customer service...
Explain the engine from a jet you know...

They handed me the book to look up the Metar and I noticed there are 24 different interview profiles for them to choose from, I don't see how they can be much different from this one.

Good luck, I'm excited, I think it's a good fit for me.

Thanks for the interview update. Congrats. You mentioned that you "looked up the METAR in the 'book." Is this just their book that has the 24 different interview plans or are all the METARs/TAFs located in a section and you just have to find the one that links to the particular airport they are asking about? Thanks.

Their book...good luck!
