Best Route to a Legacy for an Expat Pilot

I'm overseas right now flying a large corporate aircraft. I'm hoping to get on at a legacy carrier. My times are 6500TT, 4000 Turbine, 2600TPIC, 2600 135 ops, 0 121 ops.

I think the main thing that is stopping me from getting called is the 0 121 time. Also, I don't have that many contacts in the 121 world, I only have LORs on file at one airline. Lastly, attending a job fair seems to be necessary which is logistically difficult due to the distance involved.

So let's say I wanted to return to the USA and live within 2-3 hours driving distance of IAH and DFW? What 121 airlines should I look at? if I already have plenty of turbine PIC, should I chase the quick upgrade? Or should I look at places like Atlas or Sprit where pay is higher than a regional?

Moving back to the USA to go to a LCC and regional would involve a pay and lifestyle adjustment, but I've done the expat thing for many years now and it's getting time to move on.
