Job fair format
 

Hello all,

I'm attending my first job fair in a couple of days. I've got 5 apps in at different airlines, and I plan on stopping by all of them. I'm just curious what typically happens at these fairs, as I've never been to one. Just a hello, chit chat a few mins and hand out the resume, or should I expect a full-on interview? I'm being proactive and planning on the latter, but I'm just curious how it usually works. Thanks.
