No problem at a regional, take your pick, you'll be hired immediately (assuming no big skeletons).
You could probably even get hired at a major eventually, but whether it would be worth it in the long run would depend on relative seniority and where you want to live.

I came into this at 40 and fly at an airbus at 44. As a second career, its a blast. Good luck
