2016 Job Fairs
 

I thought we could consolidate and keep an updated list of upcoming job fairs.
Here's what I've found so far

Aero Crew: Jan 15 DFW
NGPA: Jan 22-24 Palm Springs
NW Aviation Career Forum: Feb 19 Puyallup WA
WIA: March 10-12 BNA

I was also wondering if it is appropriate or not to attend the job fairs like WIA if your not a woman, or NGPA, or OBAP etc...

Most pilots that attend those conferences do not belong to those ethnic groups, they are just there to attend the fair…..ie, most pilots at WIA are men, etc.

Go to any and all. WIA is a total sausage fest and OBAP is 90% white dudes. Its all a stupid game. Hopefully it pays off in the end.

If I attend the NGPA job fair and meet with recruiters for the airline that I want to work for, is there any perceived benefit to attending another job fair a month later, and meeting with the same recruiters?
