Avail yourself of volunteering opportunities in Dubai.......anything to stand out in a still-crowded field. Presumably you've read through the forums to get a grasp on the drastic changes in the hiring process in the US the last 10 years?..

After 10+ years at EK, considering going back home. Which of the three DAL/UAL/AAL would you recommend and why?
-How many years to upgrade?
-How long to get back above 200K?
-What is the most junior base in each?
-What is the junior fleet?
Looking for quality of life first, pay second. Also enjoy international flying, and would want to get back to that soon.

Getting an interview first should be your goal
and then take the first offer .
My suggestion
PS .....FedEx and Ups is out of the question due to 5 years residency

Yes, spend the nine days per month that you aren't flying as a captain in a widebody around the globe volunteering in Dubai. That way you might have a shot at an fo position on a narrow body. What a wonderful profession we have chosen. Every time I hear the phrase "pilot shortage" I want to puke.
