Failed Checkride - What are the chances?

Failed ATP checkride. What are the chances of getting a call from another regional?
Anyone had same experience???? Or is the 6 months waiting standard.

You will be fine. Last person I saw this happen to was hired within a week at another regional.

You failed out of a 121 training program or a part 61 checkride? At any rate, I'm sure you're phone will still ring off the hook from every regional.

Thanks for the Prompt response.

You could also have 3 DUI's and attempted murder charges and still get hired with the regionals right now.

Failed 121 program. My phone did rang. I told them everything ..they then asked me to try re-apply in 6 months.

Did they not even give you a second chance for the ATP check ride? If so thats pretty messed up. Usually you get 3 strikes throughout training.

NOPE. 1 trial. That's it. End of Story

Did you share which airline in another post?

If you don't mind me asking, what airline? Did they try and have you do a Captain's type rating for your FO checkride?
