Anyone have any recommendations on if this is worth it. Lots of the topics seem pretty straight forward.

Completely worth it if you are interviewing at FedEx or Delta. It's more than study topics, they have examples of the cognitive test modules. The practice is invaluable in my opinion.

I haven't personally used it but know friends that highly recommend it.

So most of the info on that site is from user feedback, so a little imperfect. But, you can walk into the Cog portion knowing that won't be a problem. The practice knowledge tests and study material he has is good. Could you maybe pass without his help, I think it depends on each person. The FB group is free if you want to see more.

The cog test alone is worth the price of admission. Knowing what is coming at you before hand gives you so much more of a chance to succeed. By taking the RST practice test before you do the actual in company event, you're just getting caged to the company's version rather than trying to figure out the whole thing.

That is a critical advantage.
