I’ve read all the threads about using Thomas Edison and Embry Riddle for online schooling, because they allow pilot license certificates to be used as credit towards a degree. Unfortunately, I entered the world of online college before I started flying and collecting these lovely FAA issued pieces of plastic saying I can fly around for money.

It seems that colleges (Liberty, Riddle, Polk, TESU, etc) offer anywhere from 20-30ish credits for a Commercial Multi w/ instrument, CFI, CFII and it would be great on my pocketbook and sanity if I could knock out some credits with these.

Has anyone had any luck getting credit at Colorado State University (CSU) Global Campus? I wanted to see if anyone has had luck (or not) before I pitch it to my advisor. Would it be my best bet to get them to issue credit by showing schools X,Y, & Z give this much credit for my ratings or should I enroll at X,Y, or Z, get a transcript saying I have X number of credit hours then get CSU Global Campus to use that as transfer credit?
