Filled out the American Airlines app back in 2013 I believe. Took the personality test/psych eval. Think I got a response back from American at the time, but now can't find the email. I believe if they liked your responses on the test, they'd contact you.
So question is do I update the app already on file, or should I delete that one and start over since can't find proof if the eval. went well or not.

Do all of the above.
I applied to AA in 1998, heard nothing and forgot all about it.
August 2000 AA called and said they want to talk.
At first I thought some bud was playing a prank and had a funny response ready to go.
Nope, it was AA HR.
Had a class date 11-13-200, just in time for TWA, 9-11, retirement of the F-100s, the B-727s, the A-300s, age 65, Tom Horton and BK, etc.
The lost decade.
It can only go up from here.

Thanks csy - I've just heard if you don't do well on the personality test they'll dump you, and not sure how I did. So didn't know if I should start over or not. Think I'll just update.
