Default Airline apps medical suspended?

Hi all - in 2010 I had lung surgery during PPL training and the FAA sent me a letter informing me i don't meet the standards and I may wish to voluntarily surrender my medical for cancellation. I complied and later with the right documentation and help I was able to get it reinstated. No issues since. I am currently employed by a regional airline. When I renew my medical I always say "yes" to the question "has your medical ever been denied, suspended, or revoked" and I put the date of that letter.

On airline apps section "Faa actions against you" and certs/licenses/ratings suspended or revoked, should I be putting my medical in here? Conservative answer is yes, of course. However, I'm not sure if this is asking about medicals and I don't want to unnecessarily answer yes if thats not the intent of the question.

I believe there is a separate question regarding your medical. So you should answer no to the above question

No, they don't intend to ask about your medical history.

Do not check that box. Most airlines these days either simply accept your FAA medical at face value, or will give you a medical exam just to verify you meet FAA 1C standards. If your medical history comes up at an exam, hopefully they'll treat it just like the FAA did...past history which is now resolved.

Even picking nits...your medical was not suspended/revoked, you voluntarily surrendered it.
