The hard thing to understand is why did management desire the strike. Unless you are a third grader or a F&H attorney advising the company , this should have never happened. Don't think it won't happen again !

And keep in mind, as part of the D6 settlement, the injunction is lifted. The union now has that in the arsenal again.
