I agree, not a bad statement

ATI capt I assume is senior on the pay scale 130ish annually showing up with a 73k pickup or another union rep making the same with a Hellcat? Plus someone else on here stated they only recently made it back to left seat.

That FO pay over there must be industry leading!

You people are absolutely blind hopefully teamsters prosecutes once in control. Although unions officials are like politicians and made of teflon.

I know that this doesn't apply to all, and hopefully not even most of the ATI roster. But if you're not coming to 1224 to make us all stronger, at least you guys shouldn't be crossing picket lines.

Speed,

In the absence of any warning, our group that was on the road, was caught completely unawares and getting conflicting stories and direction from multiple sources on what was happening. I'm sure you heard the story's. What happened, happened.

Moving beyond that, it is my sincere hope that in the future our two groups can get over our differences and, as professionals, at least talk to one another so as to keep things like this from happening in the future.

But for that to happen some modicum of trust must be earned on both sides. And for that to happen the F'd up rhetoric has got to stop.

Thanks Speed for taking the first step and posting a reasonable post.

With Great Respect,

FAJ

Noticed on another post your ATI MEC chairman told new hire FO's that if they wanted more money they needed to go somewhere else.

He must be getting Amazon stock for that level of service.

I normally wouldnt comment on this... and frankly have no opinion on the single carrier petition between ABX and ATI....my comments are to as someone said above.....joining 1224 and having control of your future... BS...

I am greatful for the support of Teamsters and David Bourne. However,,, do not lose sight of who controls 1224,,,ATLAS. Further your contract will proceed like this... your NC would TA it, your EXCO would Approve it... then BEFORE the pilots even get a chance to vote on it.. the Board of 1224 get the final say so...

Meaning what..... it means that no matter if your NC thinks its the best you can do,,, no matter if your EXCO thinks its the best you can do... What REALLY matters if the a bunch of guys who dont even work at your company think its the best your can do. It worked out for us at K4... not without a bunch of union drama i might add.....becareful what you ask for. I like the Teamsters... I dont like this one aspect of being a Teamster. Good luck to all involved.
