Okay, who's going to man up and chastise the new SCP for picking them up? Whoever does, tell him to open his schedule while they're at it!:o

You're kidding, right? You don't see a difference between your normal line guy and the system chief pilot? It's actually good that he does pick up these disputed pairings, so that he can see firsthand the onerousness of these trips. I do agree with you that he shouldn't have been picking them up in the past, but now that he's going to be the hmfwic, it's a good thing. As for his opening his schedule, personally, I've never felt a need to know what my chief pilot was doing on a particular day or week. Maybe I've just not got the "big picture" yet, but I can't see a reason for "us" to know his schedule. But maybe we should ask that Fred Smith open his schedule. What do you think? It might help to remember that unlike at other airlines, here the SCP works for management, not the pilots. And by the way, just between you and me, I think your call sign on this bbs sucks (no pun intended), and is offensive, unless of course you're a female UPS pilot.;)

Ah, being offended. The latest great American alibi. We've covered topics all over the map on this board, including flea markets in Shanghai, free beer in Mainz, our sleep cycles, big watches, and the bowel movement habits of the over-60 crowd.

If the guy likes brown girls that's OK by me. I'd take that over a white guy anytime. Although it might be a toss-up compared to some of those UPS'ers you mentioned...
